Thank you for shopping with Prime Shape. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. 

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email within minutes. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us at bybill30@gmail.com.

SHIPPING TIMES

- United States: 7–15 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 14–30 business days

Shipping times may vary due to high demand, customs delays, or carrier disruptions beyond our control.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — check our homepage for current offers.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We partner with trusted international carriers including USPS, DHL, FedEx, and regional postal services to deliver your order safely.

TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to update.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Larger orders may arrive in separate packages to ensure faster delivery. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Prime Shape is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. To request a cancellation, contact us at bybill30@gmail.com.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will resolve the issue promptly through replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy for more details.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

During major holiday seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, Chinese New Year), processing and shipping times may be extended by 5–10 business days due to high volume and supplier holidays.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at bybill30@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
